Germania’s strength lies in its people and its collective knowledge. Germania Construction was founded in 1964 by Hans Kirschsieper and his family. It incorporated in 1970, the same year Mr. Kirschsieper’s son-in-law, Robert A. Wolf, became a partner of Mr. Kirschsieper. For many years, Germania was a very successful contracting firm. Upon the passing of Mr. Kirschsieper in 1984, Robert and Helga Wolf purchased the outstanding shares of the corporation and built it into a multi-faceted firm, all the while retaining the Germania name to honor Helga’s father.
More than 40 years after its birth, Germania is now in the hands of Robert and Helga Wolf’s son, Germania President Kevin Wolf, and their son-in-law, Chief Financial Officer, Fred Jimenez. The company continues to benefit from the stability and continuity generated by decades of close family ties and a mutual devotion to key values As Robert Wolf said, “The third generation has taken over, and the fourth generation is waiting in the wings.”
